All successful orders are final. NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE.

Once received, we process your order within 3-5 business days. Your order is shipped within 3 business days.

Once the product is shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) every Monday to Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. 

 *Please note that business days for shipping and processing time do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice. 



If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days, and I will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos or any proof of a damaged item/package is greatly appreciated as this will help me improve on handling any shipping issues.

• No returns or discounts will be provided. 

• Due to the nature of WHOLESALE CIDDY products, we are unable to accept returned products.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. WHOLESALE CIDDY does not hold responsibility for packages once it is shipped out from our store. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered but not received.

Please keep in mind, we are a small business. All items are hand crafted. Please allow time for your item to be consciously made, packed with love and carefully dispatched.
